The operating costs of a building over its entire life cycle exceed its construction costs by far. We use state-of-the-art 2D & 3D CAE tools and apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) with regard to technical building services and the operation of the those technical systems.

We accompany you from the initial technical concepts through plant design and detailed engineering up to the awarding of contracts for all works lots, and if requested we manage and supervise your project uo to the commissioning phase. We perform planning services acc. to work phases 1 - 9 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers) according to your specific needs.
